JJ Wine Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and JJ Wine ("JJ Wine", "the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the website located at jjwine.app and all associated gaming services, mobile applications, promotional communications, and customer support channels.

By registering an account on JJ Wine, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms you must not create an account or use any JJ Wine services.

These Terms are written in English and governed by the operating laws applicable to JJ Wine's registered entity. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

Access to JJ Wine's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJ Wine does not permit access to any person under this age and will request identity verification documents when required to confirm your date of birth.

JJ Wine takes underage access seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold all funds pending identity verification, and report the matter appropriately. Any winnings accumulated prior to verification being completed may be forfeited if the player is found to be underage.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on JJ Wine at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or through family members — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering on JJ Wine you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. JJ Wine will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat.

• Do not share your JJ Wine account password with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify JJ Wine support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address current — these are used for account security and withdrawal verification.

JJ Wine may request identity verification documents (CNIC copy, proof of payment method) at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and held withdrawals until the process is completed satisfactorily.

JJ Wine accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following locally available payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. JJ Wine does not accept third-party deposits — funds received from payment accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the associated JJ Wine account reviewed. There is no fee charged by JJ Wine on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own standard transaction charges which are beyond JJ Wine's control.

JJ Wine processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This same-method policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect all players on the platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 and the maximum single withdrawal is Rs 5,00,000 per transaction.

Standard withdrawal processing times on JJ Wine are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 3 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM PKT; next business day for requests after 4:00 PM or on public holidays.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawals may be held for additional verification if the amount requested is significantly higher than typical activity on your account, if KYC documentation is outstanding, or if JJ Wine's fraud prevention systems flag the transaction for review. In such cases, JJ Wine will contact you within 24 hours with the specific information required to release the funds.

JJ Wine offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotion's specific conditions, the promotion's specific conditions will prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all JJ Wine promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance separately from your real-money balance.
• The standard wagering requirement on JJ Wine bonuses is 10× the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. This means a Rs 2,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in total wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• All JJ Wine game categories contribute to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion. Bets placed in some game types may contribute at a reduced rate — refer to individual promotion terms for details.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of issue unless the promotion specifies a different validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Each welcome bonus or first-deposit offer is available only once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a first-deposit offer multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• JJ Wine reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will complete that bonus under the original terms.
• Referral bonuses (Rs 2,000 per successful referral) are credited automatically once the referred player makes their qualifying deposit. Referral bonuses carry the standard 10× wagering requirement.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game:

• JJ Wine is not responsible for losses resulting from your own internet connection instability, device failure, or power interruptions.

JJ Wine maintains a strict code of conduct for all players. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion: Sharing information with other players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in Poker and Teen Patti.
• Use of bots or automated tools: Using software, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, make decisions, or interact with JJ Wine's platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using JJ Wine as a mechanism to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds to obscure their origin. JJ Wine cooperates fully with applicable financial regulations and law enforcement.
• Multiple account abuse: Creating more than one account to obtain multiple welcome bonuses or exploit any other promotion.
• Chargeback abuse: Disputing a legitimate transaction with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on JJ Wine. This will result in immediate account closure and legal action to recover the disputed amount.
• Exploiting software bugs: Knowingly exploiting any technical error or software vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way are void.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language toward JJ Wine staff or other players at any time.

JJ Wine is genuinely committed to responsible gaming and the well-being of every player on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity — when it stops being that, we want to help. The following tools are available to all JJ Wine players at no charge and without any negative consequence to your account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to keep your spending within your intended budget. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 7 days after any reduction.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play. Useful for maintaining awareness of time spent gaming.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts showing your net win/loss for the current session, helping you make informed decisions about whether to continue playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from JJ Wine for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion your account is suspended and cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period expires (except permanent exclusions, which are final).
• Cool-Off Period: Take a 24-hour, 48-hour, or 7-day break from the platform without full self-exclusion.

Closure by you: You may close your JJ Wine account at any time by contacting support@jjwine.app. Before closure is completed, all active bonus funds will be removed and any pending withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you within standard processing times.

Closure or suspension by JJ Wine: JJ Wine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A player has breached these Terms in any material way.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory or legal requirements make continued service to that player impossible.

In cases of closure for breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no breach occurred, legitimate real-money funds will be returned. Bonus funds accrued through abusive conduct are permanently forfeited.

JJ Wine reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that could materially affect players' rights or obligations — will be communicated with at least 7 days' advance notice via registered email. Non-material corrections and clarifications may be applied immediately.
